At Zebra Marketing Solutions, LLC, it is our mission to satisfy all of our clients, and we go above and beyond to over deliver. However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our services, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding a refund. In 99% of the cases we will award you a full refund for the services not yet fulfilled. In very rare cases we do reserve the right to reject any refund request as it pertains to our services.
For all services, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the level of expertise provided, again do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. For most services we will require an exit interview to occur prior to any refunds being issued. If a refund is found to be in order, any pre-paid services that have not yet been fulfilled will be available for a refund.
Should you decide to discontinue any of our retainer services, we do require you to give at least 30 days’ notice in advance of cancellation. Please note that for monthly retainer services that have already been used, you are not eligible for a refund. Should you decide to discontinue a project, you will be charged for the number of billable hours already dedicated to the project. Our staff puts considerable amounts of time and effort into every project, so we cannot refund you for work already done. You will not be eligible for a refund if you, the client, abandons the project for 2 or more weeks.
We work unbelievably hard to keep up clear and transparent communications. We would like to ask that you do the same. If at any point you are not 100% satisfied, let us know immediately and we can easily adjust our services or strategy to better serve your specific needs.
